1. What is the Reviving Professional Baseball League (RPBL)?

The RPBL is a new professional baseball league dedicated to showcasing underrepresented talent and providing a platform for players to grow their careers both on and off the field. This is the inaugural season, and we are focused on player development, exposure, and community engagement.

2. Who is eligible to play in the RPBL?

Players ages 18–25 with amateur, college, or recent professional experience are eligible. Each player must pass a tryout or be invited to participate based on past performance and potential.

 3. Will players be paid?Yes. All players will receive a stipend during the season, along with housing, meals, and travel support. Exact compensation details will be shared upon contract signing.4. What is the length of the season?The season runs for 8–10 weeks during the summer, including training camp, regular-season games, and community events.5. Will there be professional scouts or media coverage?Yes. The RPBL is committed to player exposure. Scouts from MLB, independent leagues, and international clubs will be invited to attend. Select games will be streamed and covered by sports media.

 6. Where will players live during the season? Players will stay in team-provided housing, which may include dormitories, hotels, or host families, depending on the city.7. Who pays for travel and meals?All team-related travel and meals on game days will be covered by the league. Players may receive per diem or meal plans depending on the team.

8. Is medical insurance provided?Basic accident insurance is provided. We strongly encourage players to maintain their own primary health insurance coverage for non-baseball-related needs.9. What happens if a player gets injured?Injuries sustained while playing or practicing will be treated by team medical staff, and players may be referred to a local clinic. Any long-term injuries will be reviewed individually.

 10. Can parents attend games? Absolutely. We welcome and encourage family support. A full schedule will be posted online, and we may offer family passes or discounts for multi-game attendance.11. Will games be livestreamed for parents who can’t attend? Yes. All games will be livestreamed and accessible online. Links will be shared weekly.12. Is there a point of contact for parents? Yes. Each team will have a Parent Liaison available for questions and updates. A contact list will be shared before the season starts.

13. Are there programs outside of baseball?Yes. Players will participate in media training, NIL education, financial literacy workshops, and community service initiatives to prepare them for life beyond baseball.14. Will college athletes lose eligibility if they play in the RPBL?No. We are working closely with compliance experts to ensure that current student-athletes maintain NCAA eligibility where applicable. Please speak with your compliance officer before signing any agreements.
